A “brand-first” brewery where our highly differentiated packaging/illustration and a clear point of view is deeply rooted in everything we do. From the liquid to the shelf, I helped ensure the Flying Dog brand was irreverent, loud, unapologetically craft.

Enthusiastically worked with original art by renowned artist Ralph Steadman to build out graphic-heavy print and digital materials, packaging, and on/off-premise event creative that align with brand and marketing, sales and production team’s priorities and business needs.

With a real “try it, break it, reinvent it” energy at the brewery, I juggled overlapping design timelines while collaborating with marketing and production’s playground of constant exploration and inventive brewing.

Remote Wakeskates

Associate Brand Manager 2012 – 2016

Working closely with the owners to develop an assortment of immediate and long-term design solutions for product and design strategy, branded product information booklets, social media graphics, E-commerce website design and management, and trade show booth designs. 

Coordinated a 50-day, nine-stop promotional "Almost Heroes Tour" dedicated to raising recognition to the sport and provide first-hand experience for the young wakeskate audience. I devised a manageable campaign for five team riders and two videographers/photographers to tour from Portand, OR to Live Oak, FL stopping at pertinent wake parks with the intention of contributing to the growing sport and providing ample time for professional media production concluding in a full-length feature film. Additionally, I composed and designed a proposal that contributed to a major sponsorship from Rockstar Energy for the tour and designed posters and map souvenir giveaways for our audience’s keepsakes.

Developed and executed project plans for social media and traditional marketing for audience connectivity and provided branded design assets for all participating sponsors. I composed and designed event proposals that contributed to a total of $150,000 in sponsorships from companies including Rockstar Energy, Nike, and SPY Optic.
